Loaner car was filthy inside and out. Had I known the 5K service was so minimal and could’ve been handled in less than an hour or two, service advisor should have expedited the process, especially knowing I was coming from Long Beach. Disappointed in the amount of time I had to waste and general not impressed with the “Longo Lexus” experience. Will definitely use a different dealership for service the next time.

Appt time wasn’t exactly honored. Waited longer than the actual time it took for the car service to be completed. Appt time was @ 1:00pm & car was not actually pulled in till 1:35pm - such a waste of time. Car service was only like 20mins.
Man Wong is truly outstanding. He takes me on time, communicates exactly what service will be done, texts frequently on the status, keeping me informed every step of the way, and completes work as indicated on time! If he’s not available when I call, he gets back to me right away. I always know what to expect. I live much closer to the Glendale Lexus dealer but would much rather go to Longo because of Man Wong.
