Service overall was great Man communicated with me every day, however when I picked up my car they did not do the curtsey wash they didn't even erase the number in the corner on my windshield or took the "hat" on top of roof they had to stopped me.

Frances was great. Service front desk seemed like they were rushing me through though. Front desk felt like McDonald’s; Frances felt like the Ritz-Carlton.
