Our service guy was Michael he was excellent except for some other things like both coffee makers are broken the bathroom stinks and they don’t even give complementary car wash. We have a Chevy and even for a simple tire rotation they give complementary car wash, same with Kia, what’s up with Longo Lexus.

As always, Robin Ho is a consistently excellent service advisor whose attention to detail and level of communication is all too rare in this day of dysfunctional people just getting through the day to collect a paycheck. He’s a keeper and one of the major reason that we continue to return to Longo Lexus.

Although the Service Agent was kind, I believe greater patience and description of the work to be done would enhance the service provided. I was handed a paper to sign to have a hard reboot completed without an explanation and asked several questions as to details and was given truncated answers. Additionally, at the time of drop off I requested help in set up with some of the auto availabilities (ie: radio stations, etc.), which was met with ‘we will have someone help you when u pick up the car. However, when I picked up the car, although I had to ask again for help to the service agent and also to some of the associates checking the cars in no one showed up to help and I was met with indifference and no other help. Again, everyone was kind but I was standing with my car in the service area waiting and for over 7 minutes and no one checked with me or followed up. Unfortunately, this was very disappointing and I will not be returning g to Longo Lexus for service in the future.
