Everything was a smooth process from start to end.
I previously have taken my car to a Lexus service facility in OC. It was my first visit with your Lexus service facility and my first impression is very positive. Edgar is a professional in many ways. He was attentive, helpful and his easy going ways will put anyone at ease, including me. There was no service related questions from the start to the end of my visit which he did not answer patiently to my satisfaction. My experience with him convinced me that I made the right decision of giving Lexus of Longo a service try. I feel very comfortable going back there again for my future car service needs.
I made appointment @ 9:30 am . I arrived on time . It takes 3 hours just for oil changed. What is the point to make appointment.?

Kelly Yang was extremely polite and helpful, I love bringing my Lexus to Longo.
Every time I go to Longo, my car always comes back with problems. At my previous appointment, my card was charged and I never received a refund even thought I was told I would be receiving one. AND my windshield wipers were coming off, so I had to go get those replaced too. This time, I come back with the alignment messed up. My alignment has been good this entire year, and after a few hours at service it is entirely messed up.
Everything went well. I appreciated the availability of a loaner car most. The checkout was also quick and easy
For a simple service job, it took over four hours!!! I will not be back again until this problem is fixed.
