Francis provided excellent customer service scheduling my appointment for the fuel pump recall and service. When dropping off the car, he promptly processed the information and ensured a loaner car was available. He communicated frequently so I was always aware that the work and pickup time was on schedule. When picking up the vehicle, Carrie at the front desk addressed some extra items tasks that needed to be addressed to get me on my way quickly. Everyone that was part of the service from the vehicle receiving line to the loaner care department were very pleasant and attentive. Francis and the Longo Lexus service experience was excellent!
