I have been going to Longo Lexus ever since I bought my car there, and consistantly going to Jim Palmer for service advice. That tells if I have been treated right or not by Jim. He is calm, respectable, and always received me warmly and gave me a good advice in maintaining my vehicle. He is truly an asset to the Longo Lexus.

Jim and all the staff provided excellent service! Paying online was awesome! It made checking out fast and easy. Please promote and encourage this option. Suggestions for loaner cars: Consider putting up a sign so customers know where the line is. The stickers on the floor are not visible due to the surrounding merchandise. Expedite the loaner car process. The wait for the loaner car was a bit long. Provide instructions on returning the car and inform customers of the online payment option. I didn’t know know where to return the car (do I wait in line?), the staff at the entrance did not know either.
