Suggestions for loaner cars:
Consider putting up a sign so customers know where the line is. The stickers on the floor are not visible due to the surrounding merchandise.
Expedite the loaner car process. The wait for the loaner car was a bit long.
Provide instructions on returning the car and inform customers of the online payment option. I didn’t know know where to return the car (do I wait in line?), the staff at the entrance did not know either.
