My experience with Longo Lexus from dropping of my car, getting a replacement car and picking up my car was amazingly easy, fast and a wonderful experience. Rodolfo Ayala was very helpful, polite and made me feel comfortable about leaving my car. I would definitely recommend other Lexus owners to bring there car to Longo Lexus for their service needs.

Frank L. has been my service advisor since I came in for my six month service for my 2019 Lexus IS 300. He has been courteous and friendly. He throughly explains everything to me before and after my service. He returns my calls and listens to my concerns. He wants us to feel comfortable.
However, it was a hassle for me to return two days after my service. I explained my concerns and it was not fixed the first time. I don’t understand why the technician did a reprogramming of my air condition instead of repairing the servos. If they plugged in and did a diagnosis of the problem, then it would have come back with the codes of malfunction. I just wished that I didn’t have to return to get serviced again when Lexus has a reputation of quality cars. I have my car for over a year and less than ten thousand miles and it already had problems. It problems continues to occur, I would gladly trade it in for another brand of car and it wouldn’t be a Lexus.
It was fabulous. The drivers and service personnel were professional and very personable. It saved me so much time and inconvenience. I can't imagine getting service any other way in the future! I have already raved about the service to my extended family.
You guys can’t follow directions and washed my truck when I told you not to wash it because it was just ceramic coated. You left swirls all over and kept the car another day to detail it. When you detailed to get rid of the swirls you got rid of the ceramic coating. There is no other way to get rid of swirls besides buffing. I asked for reimbursement because this polish at Lexus voided my warranty with my ceramic coating company. Now I’m on the wait list to pay over $1,500 to redo my paint correction and ceramic coat. It’s my first time at longo and last. I will make sure to let everyone know about my experience. I should have stayed at Glendale Lexus.

Love taking my care at Lexus dealer the best service
The car was still wet and partly dirty around trunk, hood and front windshield area. Strangely the gas tank was almost empty yet I just pumped gas last week and haven’t drive my car much. At the price charged for the service, I expected better level than this.
