Vehicle was completed within the time promised by advisor Francis Saldana. A warranty issue with alignment was taken care of as well.

My car had a huge crack in the window and a chip in the mirror. It’s entirely possible i had an unknown window chip that turned into a crack at the dealership; but I would’ve expected my service advisor to tell me about it so I can get it fixed. I noticed it mentioned in the receipts that lists the work done and brought it up with my service advisor but he said they were probably just minor scratches. The crack runs the full length of the window. Now, in the middle of a pandemic I have to take it somewhere else to get fixed.

Took my car in for service just after washing it. At dealership for two days, wasn’t put thru your car wash before picking up. That being said, our service advisor Rene Reynoso did a great job, very professional, kept us informed, could not ask for better advisor.
My appointment was 2:45 and i was handing over car at 2:59. However, i had been waiting in rest area for almost one hour. During this time, i realized many people who were coming later than me had been checked in. I had approached the receptionist to inquire the situation and he had not shown any helpful replies. Around 3:50, almost one hour later, i was upset to approached the receptionist again. He finally stood up to talk to his manager. When i finally got checked in, it was passing 4 oclock. The being ignorant feeling was terrible. As a royal lexus customer with number 12th lexus car, I expect better service. I also observed that more than half of customers were Asian and I barely saw any Asian customer services.
