The work was completed well within the approximate timeframe. I really appreciated being able to get some work done in the customer lounge while car was getting worked on. I also was **extremely** appreciative of Jim Palmer’s dedication to process the charge for the work to my newly issued Lexus Pursuits Visa (physical card had not arrived yet). Thank you!!
