I never received information regarding the operation of the ventilation system. Would appreciate if someone would supply us the information so we do not have a repeat of past experience.

Prices absolutely rediculous. Was given estimate of approx 8k for some sensors. Tire/parking and ac/heating. 1st time ever going to dealer and did trust process. Ended up paying 1700 for 3 parking sensors. Have 3 Lexi in my household and hope they don't need service anytime soon.
James was patient and courteous in answering all my questions. He explained the entire service process and assured me that everything will be taken care of.
We are very satisfied with Francis always.

Kelly Yang provided great service. What got me is when I pick up my vehicle that there was a dirty napkin/tissue on my driver door handle. I know it is NOT mine and that it belongs to a person who handled my vehicle. With Covid19 nowadays, it is NOT cool!!!
