Had an appointment and waited 4 hours for an oil change the rep never follow up to inform me about the delay. Went as far as letting my know my car did not need an oil change when that was the main reason I wanted my car service. No regard for my time there. I never had to wait 4 hours for an oil change.

Francis was my advisor the last two times I came in for service. He is very accommodating & patient w/ my many vehicle questions. I will make a point to ask for Francis as my advisor whenever I require service on my vehicle ????
