Every thing was fine. Two comments it was too bad there was no bottled coffee and I had to go all the way to the front to find a table to sit at outside. Because of the virus I felt more comfortable outside.

My experience was extremely pleasant and James updated me regularly on the status of my car repairs. The entire process ran very smoothly from the loaner drop off to the return of my car.
It was my 100,000 mile check & service. I expected all to be perfect when I drove away. No, within two days I drove 50 miles on a freeway & my tire warning light went on. Feeling panicky I got off & found nearest gas station. They checked all tires & slightly added a little air & sent me off. Days later I drove freeway again& same scenario. I was told tires were good. Within days the light now flashed & then steady always. Since your dealership is an hour away I went to Firestone to have It checked. They reported ( & showed me on meter) that both “sensors” on the right side had failed & I would need them replaced. WHY didn’t Longo check this?? I was told these usually last 5-7 years & being a7 year old car, this should have been done. Yesterday I called twice & asked for Rene to return my call but he never did???? Good service = no way!
Rene went went above his job by reaching out to Lexus for my repair and got my repairs completed at no cost to me

Bob is incredible and very professional. I only let him drive my car because he handles my car the way I do and makes sure no one else goes near the car. Longo Lexus, you all have earned my trust and my business. My RCF is a one of a kind car and is almost paid off. Because of you all and the fact that I can trust your team to handle my car and my needs, I may even trade my jeep in for a Lexus SUV. And im definitely waiting for the LCF to be released. Car was very dirty upon receipt. Service advisor was top notch, but was surprised to get my car back dusty, dirty, and with minor clear coat scratches on the roof.

The price of the battery could be better, I know it was cheaper at a dealer that is closer to me but they just didn't have one in stock, it I would've gone there. So in addition to the two hour round trip drive, I paid an additional $20 or so + gas.
Thank you. Frank Lorusso was wonderful and very professional. He kept me updated and assisted with all my questions. My battery needed replacing when the recall service was done, so he made sure I had the same loaner car until my battery was replaced.
The advisor, Jim Palmer, was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable about what my car needed and he was professional. He offered me a loaner. The work was completed in a timely manner and it was ready on the day he promised it will be ready.
