Last time I had a horrible experience, today I gave you a chance, Your manager was “very nice “(Ahahaha) on giving 15% off because of my previous complaint . Really!!! Was a joke! “Because I already complained what is the point for recovery service right? Bye Monte Lexus!

They forgot to put a new battery in my remote. I specifically mentioned this. I just paid &1300 for the service on my car and they didn’t put a new battery in my remote.
