I had a great experience! John was, professional, courteous and an advocate for resolving & addressing my concerns. I have not yet had the time to inspect the car I purchased thoroughly. But, the few things I did catch. John, addressed and pressed for a solution. Things, like the replacing the bent rim, and ensuring the alignment was true to specs by aligning it before I picked up the car. Her went as far as replacing the gear shift, that was coming apart at the seams due to condensation. I left BMW for Lexus and I can say with certainty. Longo Lexus had top shelf service above that I experienced at BMW.Keep up the great work!
