That was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at any car dealership in my life. The customer service from the moment I pulled up till the moment I drove away was of the very highest quality. The entire staff was amazing! John Yang was incredible. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Very literally he made the whole process stress free and enjoyable. Words I never use to describe getting my car serviced. I’m looking forward to coming back anytime I need anything for my Lexus. Wow! Is all I can say. My service was for a major repair under the power train warranty. I was treated respectfully. I would have appreciated regular updates since I was without my car for a week and was unable to get a loaner due to DMV not sending me my renewed license in a timely manner. My three experiences with Longo so far are all good and I feel like I’m dealing with an organization that is trustworthy.
