The check-in process took much longer than expected and when I got to the front I was standing there for a few minutes until someone acknowledged me. I was also told over the phone that Uber would be provided but was then advised that loaners were a better option, which was fine, except that waiting for the loaner took nearly an hour. It was a busy Friday, but the service team besides Edgar did not seem to care about the customers. When I picked up the car, it wasn’t washed properly and the person you drove it up literally said “you’re all set” as she was walking away. Car was dusty inside and wheels were filthy. Overall, it was a poor experience that could have been improved by more courtesy and communication from the service team.
Usually the service is great but I had to wait for 40 minutes to get my loaner car and then when I went to turn it in another 30 to get my car. I know Covid is impacting every business but I received a message saying my car would be ready in “ 15 mins” well before I even left home to pick up the car. ( I live in Pasadena so it’s a 25 min drive without traffic.) Not acceptable. I do not put any blame on John Yang.
Great experience as usual. Jennifer was extremely helpful, followed up with me and answered all my questions. She made the overall experience great. I will definitely be requesting her on my next service appointment.
Once again, the technicians did not do what they were supposed to and did what they were not supposed to.

This was my second visit for service and I was again quite disappointed in the amount of time that it took to “check in” my vehicle. Waiting in line is one thing but having the entire process from initial contact to meeting with a service advisor should never take more that 15 minutes. In my case on my first visit it took 40 minutes, the visit this week took 40 minutes in total. I understand that there is a high volume of customers but there should be a much faster process especially given that we are in the middle of a pandemic. By the time I completed check in there were far too many people gathering waiting to be checked in. I love my Lexus, the service portion is always top notch and the personnel are wonderful. Sadly, I do not have the time to wait 30-40 minutes to what should be simply drop off my car for service. This will drive my decision at the end of my lease sadly.
Robin help me a lot in determining things needs to get fixed or not. He is a man of his words, I feel very confident having him as my advisor. I know my two Lexus cars are in good hands.
I always like the employees and services . They are all very friendly , helpful , very polite. I’m always very satisfied every time I have my car service at Longo. Thumbs up to everyone for the work well done . Merry Christmas and Happy new year to All .
