It was a pleasure to meet John in person, he is exactly what a Lexus service rep should be; he was kind, courteous & professional & did not make me feel rushed at all. He seemed to value me as a guest and patron of Longo Lexus which was nice since my previous experience with a different rep was quite the opposite. It is good to see there are still reps there that value customer service & not just the possible money they can make. I will definitely return to him in the future & already recommended my father in law to see him once he gets his Lexus.

David, is amazing as always, never any issues, even with the pandemic and the restrictions, you guys make it work. The service was great, my car was washed and returned to me looking amazing, If not for the car, Ill be Lexus customer for life because of your amazing service!

Edgar was courtesy and polite. But trusting with my vehicle is another thing. I know this doesn't happen often and not intention. When we received our car back and I noticed a big scratch on the steering wheel. But Edgar was notified and currently under investigation,and waiting for Edgar to bring my car for repair.
