My service Rep David was good, however the manager don't know her name didn't approve my battery replacement because I was a few miles over 50K warranty. This was the only day I had off in 2 weeks and to be a couple miles over and not approved was disheartening. I have had 2 leases with Longo Lexus and have always had my car serviced from you guys. Didn't feel that my loyalty mattered. May have to rethink going back for future services.

Listen, I just moved to HEMET,Ca from Ontario,Ca. I passed 2 other dealerships to get to LONGO because I KNOW the service and Edgar will be the best. That's a 2 hr drive ...enough said!
