My cars right headlight was out and not working less
Than 24 hours of leaning longo Lexus. I took my car to get any headlight light bulb replaced and Was working before I came to longo Lexus. Since I found this out a day after on Sunday I had to to a outside source “valvoline” to get it replaced
Which totally defeated the purpose of going to longo Lexus in the first place. I work at 4am so I had to get it changers immediately for Safty reasons.
John was very friendly and helpful. I’m glad he assisted me today.
Rene was new to me, but very pleased with his professionalism and follow up with me when the service was finished on my vehicle. I will be asking for him again.
