3 people asked me the same questions upon arrival as I entered on line when I made the appointment. Redundant. 3 hours for a 5k initial service seems very long. Lounge is lovely but cold with open folding doors. Time between cashier's call to sign paperwork and car on drive approx 11 minutes (less than 15 minutes per text). Perception of "your car's ready" vs reality = disconnect. Seems my car should be in drive when I leave the cashier's office especially this type of service. Kelly and all Service staff were all A+ professional.

I’ve been going to this dealer every since I bought my Lexus. It’s been good for the past couple years. Service excellent but today was bad experience. After they told me I could get a loaner I go to the front counter for the loaner and they said no more loaner. I literally had to wait from 9am to 3pm. I’m completely disappointed. I’m guessing now maybe I should try Keyes Lexus.

Frank Lorusso is absolutely amazing, and I am astounded by his attentiveness. I appreciate his sense of urgency to expedite my check in/out process. The timeliness on the maintenance of my vehicle was impeccable and as promised. The follow-up by Frank regarding my experience was thoughtful and sincere. During this pandemic, Robin helped me get my the service my car needed efficiently and conveniently. He arranged for the flatbed truck to pick up my car and drop off the loaner car. Given the additional responsibilities I had in the hospital, the convenience was greatly appreciated. He was very responsive with updates and maintained the quality and service I’ve come to expect from Longo.
