Frank did a superb job of listening to my request, reading my text message & responding by doing a great job on my car’s service needs. I made a mistake in requesting my trunk hood be lowered to 80” from the ground in order to fit my new husbands open garage door. That level is too low & we are hitting our heads. I will need to return to have it raised another few inches. Please let me know what this will cost & when I can return for this adjustment. Thank you again, Becky Hintz

we pay $612.50 just to check our car? thru phone robin ho call us about $7,900 to do the job done and he gave us a discount and total of $7,500 out of the door... still can’t let go a money like a worth of a value of a used car! i need to know why we spend $612.50? please give us at least a print out what need to be done on the car...! thank you!

Frank was excellent in every aspect. I paid to have my wife’s 450h detailed. When it was delivered at the curb I had to search the entire car for my all weather Lexus mats, as they were removed, but were NOT reinstalled in the car. They also hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed. Someone dropped the ball and I drove away not feeling special, like I usually do. Again, Frank was great, but the detailers came up short. Thank You
