Due to the current worldwide situation I wanted to be in and out with minimal contact with other individuals, I made an appointment for 7:00am and arrived at 6:30am. No one was there, however Edgar was in the office at the time and I did not mind waiting however he was careful enough to fully check me in, inspect the car, go through the process of explaining the time involved on the work and I was literally in and out. Due to the current situation, there is now a waiting room that is outside which I thought was pretty clever, however as soon as Edgar checked me in, I was out. When the car was done by my tech David Lieu (wonderful job), I was given the call and a full tank of gas for my ISF. Surely the Lexus experience was a fabulous one, really appreciate Longo for the superb work.
