When I questioned a charge I didn’t understand or realized I had approved, he explained the service in detail and went to talk to manager about it to ensure I was a satisfied customer. That is excellent customer service. He was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back to work with him specifically.

This was the third time in as many weeks that I had to bring my car in to fix the same issue. I spoke with management and they assured me they would fix the issue and provide me updates regularly. Yes, the issue was fixed but the updates and communication was lacking. The first day my car was in your possession the sales rep contacted me a couple of hours after I dropped my car off and asked if I had any questions. I asked if there was any update on what the issue was and she advised not yet as the car was still being looked at. That was the one and only update I received that day. Later that day I was the one who had to call in for another update. When I called another one of your reps advised that my car would not be ready that day which is fine, but I would expect my sales rep to let me know that before leaving for the day. I did receive another update the next morning but again that was it. I had to call in again later that day to get the latest status of my car. When I called in that second day I was again told my car wasn’t ready which again is fine, but I would expect my rep to notify me before leaving and not have to call in.
