Hello, I just had one question. I brought in my 2017 Lexus RX350 for battery service, today. Edgar also, told me that the remote battery was low. To my surprise and disappointment he told me I had to pay $7.65 for the battery replacement?? Edgar wasn't here today so, I had to ask Kelly a question about when my service warranty expires since, I purchased an extended warranty. While I was waiting for Kelly since he was attending to another customer, I overheard another female customer service representative tell her client that they replaced the remote battery free of charge?? I don't understand what is the difference between myself and the other customer? Is there a double standard happening here?? This is the first time I experienced this type of issue, at Longo Lexus. I purchased a luxury vehicle, just be nickeled and dimed for a small item like a remote battery?? I was very disappointed in the service I received today. Thank you.
