Man Wong was very rude to us very bad customer service. First he asked where we live and told us why we don’t go to Crown Lexus. Second I asked him about courtesy ride back to pick up my car and who’s going to pay for it, he said if I could not pay for then Longo can pay for it. I feel the way he said it it’s an insult to me. As it seems Mr. Wong been working there since 2003 he need to be re-train for customer service. During this crying time people are going through tough times, he should not judge.
