Is getting more expensive but that is not your fault. Wish Longo can go back to deals like the derail wash you used to give for a very good discount. If every once and a while you can give good discount in different things that would make it easier in these difficult times to take care of our vehicles. Thank you for your great service keep it up! From the driver (Chris Tonorio) who picked up my Lexus to Jim Palmer to my car's drop off everyone consistently made me feel they were focused on me being happy/satisfied that my car was being taken care of. It's why the only people who have touched my Lexus 450h are associated with Longo.

Francis is an excellent service advisor. I purchased my car at South Bay Lexus as a certified pre owned and it had a cigarette smell that they promised they would remove before I bought the car and signed the paperwork. However, they had just masked the cigarette smell with a different perfume smell and within an hour of driving off the lot of purchasing the car, the irritating cigarette smell came back. They were not able to keep their promise and sent someone to my home to take the smell out but again it was very temporary and masked the smell which came back within an hour. Upon my last visit i mentioned this to Francis and he promised he would help take care of it, which he did. I was so happy when i picked up my car and there was no cigarette smell left. I was regretting purchasing the car i did but now i am happy the smell is no longer there. Francis has been so helpful both times i needed service done on my car and im really thankful for his kind efforts.
