I have been very happy with my Lexus and the service that I’ve reveived through Longo Lexus for the past 14 years. I wouldn’t want to deal with any dealer other than Longo.

I really appreciate Jim Palmer with all that he did. Not so much with the delivery of my car at its completion. The A/C was on “Lo” and the radio was on a Spanish station. This has never happened before.

He tried very hard to listen to my issue. The car is only a month old so had a weird noise which service couldn’t locate but did fix an other problem. I would like a 15 min run through of the newer features. This is the 4th car purchased from you. Service manager was very attentive though.
