The experience was very good. I was called to schedule the recall repair. Longo Lexus got me a loaner car. I reported another issue on my car that actually needed 1 week to repair. During this period, I could try the Lexus IS 300 that we never owned (we owned ES, NX and RX now). The people at Service Department are very nice and helpful.
