My appointment was at 10:30. I arrived on time and was seen in the service counsel shortly after 11. I was out the door my rental a little after 1130. The estimated return time was 3 o’clock. At 3:35 I contacted and received no answer. The service counselor called me immediately after and said another 20 minutes to complete the paperwork. Arrived around 420 and was told I still needed to wait for paperwork to be completed finally left around 445. I feel the amount of time for the service was excessive.

Frank is the only one I will deal with. He’s provides exceptional service, goes above and beyond, is extremely knowledgeable and thorough on all your products and my questions and always displays a very positive, approachable and friendly attitude. It still shocking to me he is not in management because that is where he belongs.
