Man is the reason why I continue to go to Longo Lexus for any type of service. I know that he personally looks after my car. He is constantly informing me of what’s being done to my car. He is knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. Please make sure coffee machine is always working. The day I took my car in both machines were down. When this happens, customers should get a $5 voucher to Starbucks. This is what I’ve come to expect from Longo Lexus.
