Jennifer was lovely— very helpful and attentive. She was patient and explained everything so well. She would give me updates on the service progress and saw to it that the car was serviced in a timely fashion. I hope to go back to Jennifer for my next service appointment!

John Yang did a great job. As part of Robin Hos team, I contacted Robin my regular service advisor this morning. And told him I missed him on Friday when I had an emergency and brought my car in. But assured him that John took good care of me. And I left happy that I could drive my car home and didn’t need a loaner. Jennifer also did a great job facilitating, the appointment at 4:30 on a Friday, before she left to go home. Robin has a great team.
