Jim Palmer is one of the best service advisor that Longo has. Because of Jim Palmer Service I received from Longo Toyota I have leased my last three Lexuses them Longo Toyota. I considered Jim the gold standard in which all advisers should work to. On a scale from 1 to 10. I rate Jim 20.
