Robin was always following up in regards of my inquiries that I had on my concerns and kept me posted as each time service was done with the car being checked I appreciate him being so on top of it and accommodating me where necessary
When I come to pick up the car after getting my paperwork and my keys no one directed me where my car was located. The receptionist just told me my car warre ready and parked in the back corner. I had to look around for my car. There should be someone to direct the customer where their car were parked. After all these years of customer with Lexus. It is about time for me to reconsider taking my car somewhere else for service

I think the entire customer service were great! I appreciate each individual’s friendly and professional services. Just a small suggestion, I would preferred the plastic seat cover and the floor mat plus wheel covers can be put into my vehicle as soon as I arrive at the site before the Vehicle moved to the garage. At least ithe service can be guaranteed during the COVID. I was told in this April I will need to come back for a recall service. I would like to see the change at that time. Thank you so very much.
