John has excellent communication and response time whenever I need to set up maintenance for my RC350. As a female and someone who is younger, it is often difficult navigating the dealership (others and here) due to often dealing with issues of ageism and sexism. However, John is very respectful of me and the decisions I make on my car. This is something I wish others could be aware of. 10/10 experience!

MR Wong is conscientious and professional. He is always prepared to address our car issues and is knowledgeable. My husband and I were a bit early for our appt but Mr Wong accommodated our schedule and made the whole experience pain free.

Michael went above and beyond with his customer service. I went in for my oil change and was informed I would need some additional work due to a recall. He gave me options as to take a complimentary car or come back in a couple days to take care of the recall. When we returned from lunch, he greeted us as we were in the middle of the paperwork for the complimentary car, he overheard us having some issue with providing the insurance card. He comes back and informs me that all of the services ( oil change and additional work ) would be done in about 30min if i decided to wait. He under promised and over delivered with that being said I’m beyond grateful as I had my 4 month old with me. He saved me the hassle of coming back a second time; not that I would have minded, the customer service is great. He showed such compassion and understanding, his great customer service is why I am a loyal Lexus customer. Thank you again Michael.
