John Yang is great. He gives great customer service and goes above and beyond. He gives Lexus a great name which is why I travel from San Bernardino County just to come to Longo Lexus for the great job all of the staff here does.

Excellent service only one suggestion, the pickup area need a vehicle license listing post in the waiting room. Service clerk called may not heard of in the rest room. If missed will be set for extra 30 minutes.

I had a great experience with Frank. He was professional and upfront about how long it might take to fix my car. He also delivered on his promised timing and the results look good so far. .
Not comments about Frank, but more about the process in general: (1) the drop-off line was exceptionally long and it took me almost an hour to drop off, and (2) I dropped off my car on a Monday but it seems that Longo did not have capacity to begin repairs until Wednesday. Seems like there could be some improvements to make the processes more efficient.
As always, Edgar gets me in and out there on a timely basis and keeps me informed as to the progress of my service along the way.
Robin provided excellent customer service and kept me apprised of the work being done on my car.
