Professional and friendly. Makes me feel that I am a valued customer, handled everything smoothly as well as in an efficient and timely manner.
I felt I had good service with caring people. My only concern is that I made an appointment for 10 am, got there at 9:45, waited in line to check in and then didn’t get done until 12::50 pm. It was a very long wait. I was told 1 1/2 hours and they did change a battery but it was just too long to wait.

Your staff was good. Satisfied. However, I got 25K inspection package plus oil change with exterior and interior sanitized and cleaning package which did NOT have replaced air filter to me. Unbelievable! I purchased 10K and now 25K mileage that cannot get it until 30K!! No flexibility. Lexus should allow the reps to have some power. Liked if they knew I have got $1800 7 years extended warranty which most likely I would not apply as I drove 25K in 6 years. Should grand me a new air filter especially in pandemic period. I ended up bought it with 35 bucks!! If a little surprise may make your clients feel satisfy, do it. My family have long tracked records to get few vehicles from Toyota and Lexus. Loyal customers with good credit which should fall into best group category. One referral makes things worth in the future.

There is a slight lack of communication internally. Example: I told the representative that my windshield crack been sealed by you a while back, then I got the message that the car was not washed because of the crack. My representative was late in updating the status of repair or approximate time it would be completed. Luckily you have automatic system of notification when work is completed, I was already home with the car when he took the effort to notify me. I will just attribute it too much work load.
