Man is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, accurate with service times, and makes sure the customers are comfortable. The service was excellent. Everyone was very polite and helpful. From the people that took in the car to the service assistant Kelly. When picking up the car the lady working the front deak was extremely polite and helpful. We had both our Lexus’s service this week one Wednesday and the other one Thursday. Excellent job from the entire staff both days.
