Your communication system is a total joke. First I got a generic txt trying to let me know what’s been done.I clicked on the link and it asked me a lot of questions to answer and I didn’t. I arrived five minutes before my appointment time which was 8am. I was told it would take an hour and a half and that would be around 9:30. At 9:50 I still didn’t get any calls so I went to the receptionist and asked the status of my car. She said it would be done in about 5 minutes. I paid for the service and went out and waited. In about ten minutes I got my car back and on my way home. Halfway through I got a txt message saying that my car would be ready in next 15 minutes for pick up. I arrived home within 3 minutes after I got that txt. Not only that my car got the oil changed but I also got entertained.
That txt was hilarious and I always got the txt every time I went in for a service asking for our comments to improve the quality of service. It hasn’t improved but it was just a txt service that is getting funnier each year. If you would like to consider that as an improvement then yes Longo service has improved a lot. ????
Man Wong has been my service advisor since 2018. He’s always humble, compassionate, transparent, and honest with me. There are times where he makes a great decision whether to fix something now or maybe next further. He’s always ahead of the game letting me know of wear and tears that can be a future issue. Overall, he’s a great service advisor and good to talk too.
My service rep was very thorough and personable. My headlight was out, so I requested a new bulb. She suggested that it be checked before we go ahead and order it, because something may just be loose. I appreciated this. Most reps would try to automatically sell me something more.
my experience was great along with Frank Lausso‘s information about my vehicle and explaining my future needs on my Lexus good job to Lexus Frank and All The other employees from checking in my car to picking up my car. I will be back for service in the near future.
David Parada was the agent we dealt with, he was very nice and pleasant.
Explained everything well and knew his stuff.
Answered all our questions and helped us get a break on a very hefty bill.

Man goes out of his way making sure the job is done correctly and to the customer’s satisfaction!! He keeps the customer informed at all times. He also located an old part that was missing on my car. It looks new again!!

Robin is awesome! He responded to all my inquiries in a very timely manner and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle while it was being serviced. It is apparent that Robin is very passionate about his work and truly cares about his customers. This is my second time working with Robin, and I will not switch him for any other service rep as long as he’s there! Thank you for always giving me such a great customer experience Robin!
