i have clearly told the advisor that the small light inside the back trunk broken but she mistakenly wrote down is the back light. did not got replaced when i pick up my car. and was told that i need to go back again next time ! very disappointed experience.
I left my sunglasses in the glove compartment of my car,when they return the car to me the sunglasses were gone,NOT there just the case.I told both Robin Ho and Man Wong my service advisor,he said he was going to follow up with me over the phone.

This is my second visit to Longo Lexus, Rodolfo remains a fantastic representation of quality service. This time I had the opportunity to experience service from Rodolfo’s colleague (can’t recall his name) who helped me as I arrived earlier that scheduled and Rodolfo was not yet in the office (I was very early). Rather than have me wait, I was helped, fantastic customer service!
