Mr Man Wong is excellent service provider that I seen my life. He takes of all his customers by explaining in details for required service and what to expect. Also explains for service recommendations. Excellent job by him. I always go to him. This is my second Lexus

I don’t think my concerns regarding the problem with my car was addressed. I tried to explain but they did not take my suggestion of how to find the problem. They claimed there is nothing wrong. They said two techs looked at the problem and found nothing wrong. So I explained how to find the problem but it didn’t seem like they didn’t want to listen
