I was getting different response on how long tinting took to complete and some said a day or 2, some said a few hours. Well when I got to my appointment Jim was very specific and right about time. I was so happy ????
My advisor Francis was very professional and helpful. It was extremely fast which I was thankful for considering we are in a pandemic. The waiting area was packed like it used to be and the loaner car area was moved outdoors.

I received the call that my car was ready to be picked up . I arrived over one hour later. After checking in with the front desk and signing paperwork. I was told my car would be right out. After waiting for such a long time on my car I had to ask two different employees on two different occasions if my car would be brought out. I have never experienced such a huge delay through other dealers. Very poor experience as this was my first time visiting this location for service .
