John Yang is awesome. We always get a random service consultants but we didn't have a great experience with the previous service consultant. This is the second service appointment with John and he is great! He is always on top of everything and takes good care of us. We would recommend him to all of our family and friends that owns a lexus.

I appreciate Mr. Rene Reynosos professionalism, expertise and patience. Mr. Reynoso took the time to explain in detail the technicians recommendations and was clear in his explanations.
