Beau gave us great customer service and is part of the reason we continue to return to Longo Lexus for our routine service. I just wanted to add that we got a complete detail and the floor and mats were still damp and the headlights seem more foggy. Thanks.
1. The person who was responsible for checking the cars in did not check the cars in order. I waited 35 min past my appointment time and the cars 2 cars that came after me were checked in first
2. Two of my tires were beautifully shiny while 2 were not guess which tires were done properly and which were not.

I have not yet driven in hilly areas, but will this weekend so I hope that after getting my rotors resurfaced and getting new brake pads, that my car won't vibrante after I brake.
Francis Saldana gave us top notch A++ service! He “always” does, and this is one of the reasons why we like to have our Lexus serviced at Longo. There are so many things he does right...he gives our car personalized attention based on the service history and it’s present needs, he’s thorough and follows up to make sure all went well including meeting with us at the end to go over everything. We also like how he recommends only the essential services that need to be done with fair pricing (plus apply any discounts we may be eligible for like AAA) and he doesn’t push over that. He always seems to go the extra distance for his customers. On top of this, he’s so professional and knowledgeable, and kind...Francis is just an amazing service advisor!
