Everything was wonderful, with the exception of waiting for my RX350 for over 30 minutes after the serviced was paid.
Hi Jim, just a small problem. The mats were supposed to be checked. I don't know if they were because they were not latched. I check because it is a habit of mine after the car has been washed.

When I initially called regarding my headlight and price the representative that first spoke with me had given me a way cheaper price at $79.00 with part and Labor is why I ran to Longo Lexus in the first place. Unfortunately that wasn't the outcome. A few hundred and some for one head light was really a lil to much for me especially during this covid where I was laid off my 2nd job. I think longo Lexus is to pricey for some minor mechanical work done to an older model Lexus. Very unhappy about that and to pricey. Man Wong was very polite for the most part and made my visit today very comfortable. Thank you Man Wong.
