I’m a fan of Jim Palmer. I’m in good hands with him. However, I had no idea what Longo did to my GX in its 25k service. I was hoping Jim would have walked me through what the mechanic did, saw, thought of my vehicle -the tire wear, the brakes, etc.

Vehicle was not washed probably or at all. Received my vehicle in a worse condition than how i dropped it off. Dirty and smear marks through out the vehicle
