Jim Palmer has provide excellent service during the first year of ownership of our RX350. He describes the maintenance to be done, answers my questions, suggests options, documents what’s needed and keeps me informed of progress on my car. I also appreciate how well all steps from check-in to completion are staffed & organized. While Longo is not the closest Lexus dealer for me, my experience to date justifies the extra commute time.

I waited to get loaner car for 1hour 5mins. I finished every process at 12:48. Got text msg about the status at 12:49. But I got the loaner car at 1:54 even though the reservation. But other service is perfect. Especially thanks to BEAU LY and lady from front desk.

Big thanks to Robin Ho! This was my first time at Longo Lexus and I did not know what to expect. Robin was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and I am glad to see there’s someone like him on the team. He was extremely patient with me when I asked him dozens of questions about my car/other things. Nonetheless, I’m happy with the service I received.
Will continue to support Lexus and Toyota purchases, but lack of professionalism and follow up with long time customers makes me uneasy to go back for service.
