I am not satisfied with the Lexus service. There is a problem with my plastic undercarriage that was “fixed” before but the alligator teeth didn’t hold and the problem ensued. It needs to be changed but you refuse to change this piece... why? This is a potential road hazard and liability. Please fix this issue, thank you very much. Katrina L

Service with Francis and loaner car customer service was great except for one Observation. Loaner's car interior seems not thoroughly cleaned in between customers.. This is really impt especially during this pandemic. Otherwise I would give a 5 star overall if this area met my expectations.. Sorry, I am just giving my honest feedback. Otherwise it was a very smooth transaction overall and definitely will come back again. Thank you.

The service manager was Very attentive to my concerns even though I got there lithe late on a Saturday. After the inspection of my vehicle he explained everything step by step I wear hearing aids I am sure he notice that and without a comment he make things easier for me that was a big plus .

Beau Ly is very friendly and his service is excellent and responsibility. He was late to go home after work about 30 minutes. Because he was waiting for us to pick up our car to help us to change the air filter because we was locked the drawer and mechanic can’t change it.
