David was attentive as per my previous visits. He takes the time to make me feel welcome, by bringing up past visits and checking up on my family from our last conversations (Great memory, and makes me feel like family). I had initially booked a loaner car, but David was able to deliver in getting me out of the service in an hour (which was a lot better than renting a loaner, and coming back later). Everything was ready to go and he even walked over to the kitchen table and had my car ready to go to save me the trouble of queueing for the cashier and signing papers.

Mr. Francis Saldana never fails to deliver the best customer service! He is a great guy and really goes the extra mile. He explains everything to you and does not fail to keep you informed of the status of your car. We keep on going back to Longo Lexus because of him. He has taken care of 3 of our vehicles to date.

I loved the fact you had drinks and offered Uber. My driver on pick up didn’t speak English and I almost missed him, color was not correct on the text he sent. The directions he had were to the back of location and I had to walk across the employee lot. My main concern was I came in for a recall and the service writer pretty much didn’t have anything to sell me so I felt as if he didn’t really care. I had questions about my Apple play and he answered them, but I guess TJ is your specialist and because I didn’t purchase the vehicle with you, she wasn’t able to see me. I’m willing to pay for certain services, but wasn’t able to even given an opportunity.
