I had my insurance for a loan vehicle and was denied. Instead I was offered an Uber home and back to retrieve the vehicle. However; for both occasions an Uber was never provided and had to go out of my mean to get a ride home and the dealership. I’m very upset and dissatisfied with how I was being “helped”
