Very easy to make arrangements via text and email with Mr Wong. Also, tow drivers very professional and really are the face of Longo Lexus when doing things with mobile service with rental drop off.

Frank the service rep was great. He kept me informed , tried to maximize my services for is asset to Longo Service However I was disappointed in parts department. I needed new tires & windshield wiper inserts. Parts had neither and since I live in Orange County I did not feel I could wait around most of the day for parts & installation. I notice that there are many RX350s for service & assume since Longo is biggest dealer in west they would keep ample supply of such parts

As always I'm really appreciative and impressed with the customer service display by Frank Larusso. He is the consummate professional. I would also like to thank an African American lady whose name I did not get but at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday she dropped everything to help me recalibrate my GPS and my car. Thank you
